It appears that Nate Altenhofen of AbbA LLC has expedited communications on Seda’s behalf and the talented Armenian guard has quickly found a new basketball home.
The 5’11 R-FR guard averaged 22.0 ppg, 15.0 rpg and 5.3 apg last summer for her Armenia U18 team. Seda will be joining Memphis new head coach Hana Haden, who recently won the Sunbelt Conference with Georgia Southern in only her second season at the University.

Elina Syniakova, a promising center from Ukraine, has rewritten her basketball story through resilience and the right opportunity. Currently playing at Butler Community College in the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference, Syniakova has become an important contributor to a nationally ranked team — a stark contrast to where her journey began.
Syniakova started her American career at Louisiana Tech Lady Techsters basketball, but her first experience in Division I did not go as planned. Struggling to find her role and fit within that program, she made a tough decision to pursue a different path that would better support her growth as a player.
That decision led her to reach out to Boris Karebin, a coach and mentor who believed in her potential. Through Coach Karebin and the BK-CentR Player Development program, Syniakova was connected with Butler Community College, where she found a fresh opportunity to develop her game and reestablish her confidence on the court.
Since joining Butler, Syniakova has helped her team achieve a No. 2 national ranking in junior college basketball, showcasing her ability to contribute in a competitive environment and play a meaningful role in a successful roster.
